Printing and queue issues
When documents pile up and nothing prints, the print queue is usually the culprit. Clearing it safely fixes a large share of “it just won't print” problems.

Quick checks, in order

Cancel every job
Open the print queue on your computer and cancel all documents, not just the top one.

Restart the printer and computer
If a job refuses to delete, turning both off and on usually clears it.

Check the default printer
Make sure the document is going to the printer you expect, not an older one or a “Print to PDF” option.

Print something simple
Try a one-page text document. If that prints, the original file may be very large or damaged.
